// 1. What MeshMoE is

MeshMoE is an open-weight compute network. We provide an API and a network router that connects users requesting AI inference with contributors providing compute (nodes). We do not provide proprietary (closed-weight) models — only open-weight models.

// 2. Credits & payment

Credits are an internal accounting unit (1000 credits ≈ $1 USD). Credits are:

• Not a cryptocurrency, security, or financial instrument.
• Non-transferable between accounts.
• Not redeemable for cash. Credits can only be spent on the MeshMoE network.
• Earned only by real edge-served requests (no idle payout).

Paid top-ups are final except where required by law.

// 3. As a node contributor

By running the MeshMoE node client, you agree:

• Your hardware is yours; you consent to its use.
• You will not attempt to game the routing, reputation, or billing systems.
• You may stop contributing at any time.
• You receive 70% of credits from edge-served requests routed to you.

// 4. Acceptable use

You will not use MeshMoE to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Violate any law or third-party right.
• Attempt to disrupt the network or other users.
• Reverse-engineer or attack the closed-source router/gateway.

// 5. No warranty

MeshMoE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, response quality, or that any specific model will remain available.

// 6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the credits you paid in the last 30 days. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

// 7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at /status/. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
